I’ll start after so and so’s wedding.&amp;nbsp; I’ll start after Easter.&amp;nbsp; The TRUTH is LIFE always happens and there is always something going on that revolves around food.&amp;nbsp; It’s all about BALANCE and being consistent.&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;We DO NOT have to deprive ourselves from being social and being involved with things that revolve around fattening FOOD.&amp;nbsp; It’s about the MIND-SET and JUST DOING IT!!!!!!&amp;nbsp; It’s preparing our minds mentally ahead of time for that event that revolves around hamburgers, French fries, fried foods and sweet treats.&amp;nbsp; BELIEVE ME I have been there.&amp;nbsp; I have cried, whined and failed over and over again at my diet.&amp;nbsp; Today, I do not see it as failure. I just did not know.&amp;nbsp; Simply I did not have a plan…&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;I did not have anyone to help me.&amp;nbsp; Everyone who had knowledge wanted to keep it a secret.&amp;nbsp; It was wanting instant gratification thru food.&amp;nbsp; A comfort zone that I didn’t want to leave.&amp;nbsp; Let’s face it!&amp;nbsp; Being slim is not easy to obtain, but once you get into the mind set and start having the results YOU can do it TOO!!!!&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;The W.O.W.
